We have released version 4.2.6 of HoRNet VU Meter MK4, a free update that improves responsiveness, reduces CPU usage, and fixes several issues reported by our users.

Here is everything that is new:

• Improved VU meter responsiveness and reduced CPU usage — The meter now updates faster and is more efficient
• Fixed popup menu issues in some DAWs — Resolved dropdown menu glitches reported in various hosts
• Fixed VU meter peak hold indicator not working on session load — Peak hold now works correctly when reopening projects
• Fixed auto gain resetting incorrectly during playback — Auto gain now maintains proper levels during transport
• Fixed occasional crashes during normal use — Improved stability across all supported DAWs

Version 4.2.6 also removes VST2.4 support and raises the minimum system requirements to macOS 10.15 and Windows 10.
